1. Photocopy of valid ID card;
2. Copy of Family Card;
3. Photo Copy of Diploma of Education last;
4. Copy of graduation certificate EPS-TOPIK;
5. Color photographs of size 3 x 4 cm;
6. Original certificate of police records (SKCK) from the police domicile of TKI;
7. Original health certificate including mental and physical limits and blind view of the doctor / clinic who had been appointed;
8. Original proof of registration as job seekers from the offices of district / city (AK Card I);
9. Permission from the original letter:
- Parents for those who have family or
- Guardian those who have not married but the parents have died or
- The husband of a wife who will work to Korea or
- The wife of a husband who will work to Korea.
